Tooling/Mold Making
At Steven Plastics, Inc., we offer custom, on-site, and offshore plastic injection tooling services. Our expertise enables us to fabricate our customers tools designed for maximum production efficiency, yielding molded products at competitive prices. Our molds constantly exceed customer expectations for quality, performance, and dependability. We guarantee our quality as we support our molds 100% in the USA. Through outside resources, we can provide high gloss finishing, texturizing, metallizing, painting, plating, and logistical support. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are quoted on a job-by-job basis. Emergency and rush services are available. Our clients come from a diverse set of industries including advertising, aerospace, automotive, consumer products, construction, electronics, fitness, medical, and sports.

CNC Machining Services
Steven Plastics precision CNC Machining practices achieve a lower cost per part in a shortened time for nearly any small to medium, lift-by-hand sized component, be it shorter run or in large volume. We design and fabricate custom tooling and workholding in house to accommodate projects where readily available options do not lend themselves. This allows us to focus on efficient material removal for each part feature while maintaining repeatable accuracy. From contour and form milling to slitting, and from boring and reaming to drilling and tapping, our CNC Machine & Mill team will bring all your 3 axis-processed components to life!
