Injection Molding Capabilities
Our injection molding presses range from 65 tons to 1,000 tons, with shot sizes up to 156 ounces, enabling us to handle both small, intricate components and large, complex molded parts. We have extensive experience working with a broad range of custom resins, engineered thermoplastics, and colorants, including polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyurethane, acetal, acrylics, polycarbonate, ABS, nylon, TPE, PET, and other specialty plastics.
This material flexibility allows us to meet performance, durability, and aesthetic requirements across diverse applications.
Secondary Manufacturing Services
In addition to injection molding, Steven Plastics offers a full suite of secondary manufacturing services, including precision machining, over molding, ultrasonic welding, assembly, and packaging. These value-added services streamline production, reduce vendor handoffs, and accelerate time to market.

In-House Tooling & Mold Manufacturing
Our in-house tooling and mold manufacturing department utilizes advanced CAD/CAM engineering, CNC machining, and EDM technology to design and build high-performance injection molds to exact customer specifications. This internal capability enables rapid tool development, improved quality control, reduced lead times, and long-term mold durability.
Contract Manufacturing & Private Label Plastics
Steven Plastics provides contract manufacturing and private label plastic manufacturing services, supporting both customer-owned designs and proprietary branded products. Assembly, packaging, and fulfillment services are available to support turnkey manufacturing programs and evolving customer needs.

Steven Plastics Services
Steven Plastics, through its acquisition of Nilan Tool, makes the highest quality rubber and plastic molds in house, and delivers CNC machining, contract manufacturing services, and quality plastic injection mold builds. We specialize in long and short run production, service part production, mold sampling, insert molding, assembly, prototyping, packaging and consumer product development and branding.
