Steven Plastics was founded in 1989, and today as a division of Primarc Industries, Steven Plastics is a plastic injection molding company specializing in precision custom parts, inserts, and finished products for a wide range of industries.
Our process begins with our instant online quote system. The online system enables you to submit your project details for an immediate quote on tooling, production processing, machining, assembly and packaging.
In addition, we offer multiple options for various types of injection mold builds based on their expected production cycles. We generally use steel for all mold builds for several reasons, including durability, and the added capability to injection mold a wide variety of complex parts. There are various types of steel used for a mold requiring plastic parts. While P- 20 is considered the workhorse of the industry, we also use other steel types depending on the situation and your specific requirements.
Facility
Steven Plastics operates a 34,000 sq. ft. facility in Hoffman Estates Illinois. Our corporate commitment is built on sustainability and manufacturing innovation through acquisition of new machines and investment assets. With more than 33 years of commitment to continuous improvement and superior service, we proudly set the industry standard.
Steven Plastics Services
Steven Plastics, through its acquisition of Nilan Tool, makes the highest quality rubber and plastic molds in house, and delivers CNC machining, contract manufacturing services, and quality plastic injection mold builds. We specialize in long and short run production, service part production, mold sampling, insert molding, assembly, prototyping, packaging and consumer product development and branding.
